Summary: Renting this unit and dealing with the owners was fantastic. It is pretty far from town so unless like to walk you need the bus but it stopped right across the road. The house is as pictured, after looking around for long term rentals this complex is on the high side of expense. I can’t say we enjoyed dealing with the property manager, she was pretty non existent and taking several days at times to reply to us. Supposed to come with weekly maid service, we had none the first week with no explanation. The second week we received, the third week none again and no explanation. We we asked it took several days to get a reply that her maid quit without notice. So in first four weeks we had maid service once so we decided just to cancel all future maids. We have a week notice of time of checkout but property manager was absent so had to hide keys outside and text her where they were. Long and short, loved the property, owners were very accommodating but their property manager was pretty much an absentee for the 6 weeks of our stay.
